- The Golden Gate Blues Society is proud to support United By Music Program, a plan of action that gives mentally and physically challenged individuals an opportunity to learn and perform music. Originating in The Netherlands, the United By Music Program is already successful in Europe and South Africa and is now making its first foray into North America. - INTERNATIONAL BLUES CHALLENGE - ROUND ONE
- The Golden Gate Blues Society held its first annual International Blues Challenge and it was a momentous occasion. We had three fantastic bands, J.C. Smith, Tia Carroll & Hard Work and Isis & Cold Truth. All of them were first rate and we thank them so much for participating.
The winner was J.C. Smith and we congratulate him on his win in the first round.
